Vanity v.s. Sanity
I learned an interesting tidbit of info today:
There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra than there is on Alzheimer's research.
Do you realize what this means? Just imagine, by 2020, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.
Isn't vanity grand. Ugh.

Pygmalion
Pygmalion
... the difference between a lady and a flower girl is not how she behaves, but how she is treated. I shall always be a flower girl to Professor Higgins, because he treats me as a flower girl, and always will; but I know I can be a lady to you, because you always treat me as a lady, and always will... (G.B. Shaw)

Introductional Insight...
I have a sincere fascination and passion with the blue... I'm learning to surf it on a 6'0, 7'7, or 9'6 (depending on the waves that day... and who I'm with).
I make an honest attempt to capture through the lens whatever catches my eye. Mostly pictures of my surroundings, nature, people, and life's little pleasures.
I have recently began to paint on canvas with acrylics.
I confess when I write. Everything and nothing. Raw thoughts.
I love animals and children and innocence and truth.
I have an intense fear of heights.
I welcome change.
Purple is my favorite color, and red takes a close second.
I like the energy of the number 3.
I regularly crave toast and I absolutely adore cream cheese frosting. ;0)
